China, 2008 Olympics: CCES planted 500,000 evergreens to partially offset the Olympics

CCES has planted 150,000 trees in Santo Domingo, Ecuador. These trees are originally from the south and east hills of India, where it is known as "Mundani". Mundani trees were planted in Ecuador to enhance it's growth and CO2 absorbtion. They grow to over 196 feet tall and reach a width from 3-8 feet.
